What we collect

Follow My Team is a trip planner. We store the information needed to build and share your itinerary:

• Teams and matches you select, traveler count, and options such as flights or hotels
• Trip stops, budget assumptions, and a shareable link slug
• If you subscribe to our newsletter: your email, language preference (English or Spanish), marketing consent, and consent timestamp
• If you sign in: your email (and name or profile image from Google, if you use Google sign-in) via our auth provider

What we do not sell

We do not sell your personal information. We use your data to run the planner, save trips when you are signed in, and improve the product.

Marketing emails

If you subscribe on a guides hub or article page, we store your email, preferred language, the time you opted in, and the consent text you agreed to. We may send new guide announcements for tournaments we cover, trip planning tips, product updates, and partner offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can use the page linked from your welcome email.

We send these emails directly from Follow My Team using the address and language preference you provided at signup.

Cookies and sessions

If you sign in, we use session cookies so you stay logged in. We may add analytics later (for example, privacy-friendly page views); we will update this page if that changes.

Third-party booking sites

When you open StubHub, Booking.com, or Google Flights from your itinerary, those sites have their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect.
